SELEUKID KINGS OF SYRIA. Seleukos II Kallinikos, 246-226 BC. Tetradrachm (Silver, 32 mm, 17.05 g, 12 h), Antiochia on the Orontes, after 244 BC. Diademed head of Seleukos II to right. Rev. ΒΑΣΙΛΕΩΣ - ΣΕΛΕΥΚΟΥ Apollo standing left, holding arrow in his right hand and leaning left on tripod; in inner left field and to outer right, monograms. SC 689.1a. Well struck in high relief. Minor marks, otherwise, very fine.
